Eighteen hotels, one short list
sluggerchampions is an independent reference to eighteen working hotels, held in four groups: casino resorts, winter buildings of ice and snow, houses built from one repeated room, and older buildings kept in use for guests. Notes come from what the houses and public sources publish. There are no prices here, no stars, no reviews and no reservations.

How this is made
Each house was read from its own published pages and from open sources such as maps and press notices, then written up in the same shape: what the building is, how the shared rooms work, and what is worth settling by mail before a stay. No order of merit is drawn and no house is set against another.
Winter buildings are treated with extra care. Structures of ice and packed snow stand for one season, are raised again the next year, and no dates are promised on this site. Heated glazed units are named as heated, because they are not ice rooms and the difference matters when choosing where to sleep.
